Produce Media, It's Not an Option

When it comes to producing media, it is no longer an option. It is very important for us as Kingdom business owners to produce media. Media is the main means of mass communication. It's how we get our message out there. And yes, you most definitely have a message. So, I will unpack four reasons why you should be producing media.

Reason #1: You were created to solve a problem and people need to know about it.

Isaiah 52:7 (ESV) – “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns.”

The transformation you provide to people is good news. It is news of peace, happiness, and salvation. Your message lets people know that your God reigns. The problem in their life does not reign. It shows them that freedom is available to them.

Reason #2: Media is a way to shine light in the dark.

Ephesians 2:1-2 (NASB) – “And you were dead in your offenses and sins, in which you previously walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience.”

Media is air. Airwaves are the radio frequencies used for broadcasting. Media is spiritual. The enemy would love for your message to stay hidden and in the background, but it's time for our message as Kingdom business owners to be in the front. No more hiding. No more silence.

Reason # 3: Media is an opportunity to earn income.

The value of the global media and entertainment industry in 2021 was $2.3 trillion. This is expected to reach 2.6 trillion by 2025, according to statista.com. It is time to bring that money into the Kingdom

Proverbs 13:22 (NASB) – “A good person leaves an inheritance to his ^[grandchildren,
And the wealth of a sinner is stored up for the righteous.”

Trillions of dollars have been stored up for us. It is time to receive it.

Deuteronomy 8:18 (NIV) – “But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.”

When you produce media, you tap into your God-given ability to produce wealth.

Reason #4: Producing media increases our visibility.

Globally there are 4.55 billion active social media users, as reported on www.searchenginejournal.com. Additionally, the site reported:

• There are 2.29 billion YouTube users monthly
• 81% of adults in the US use YouTube currently
• YouTube is the second most popular search engine and website globally

The bottom line is that producing media puts you in front of people. You must show up because people are assigned to you, and you want them to be able to find you. God is bringing the people. He is bringing the clients. Your part is to be in position; that means we cannot hide. It is time to produce more media. It is no longer an option. So today, make the decision to get clear, start creating, and get consistent so you can experience the more that God has for your life and business.
